The Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS) has set up a separate control room that will receive complaints by email, WhatsApp and even SMSes.The control room will immediately forward the complaints to the bus service's vigilance squad. Sources said this is expected to improve discipline among AMTS staff.
