Footage has emerged of singer Justin Bieber refusing to take a picture with a fan as he walks out of a tanning salon in Dublin, Ireland. br br The video, shot on Monday, shows the Bieber's bodyguard asking the filmer, Keith Casey, to stop recording as he tries to get a picture with his idol.br br Casey then tries to talk to Bieber and tells him he will see his show that night, to what the singer replies: "I don't have a show tonight," before walking off. br br "I decided not to go to his show," Casey told Newsflare. br br "I didn't want to support him if he wouldn't even take a picture with me.
