Learn how to make this Healthy recipe Oats Chila with Chef Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food. br br Presenting one of the best Nutritious recipe to start your day – Oats Chila with healthy vegetables. br br Ingredients br br 12 cup oats, roasted br 12 cup semolina or rawa br 1 tsp mustard seeds br 1 tsp ghee br 14 tsp hing br 14 tsp turmeric powder br 14 tsp red chilli powder br 12 tsp coriander br 1 green chilli chopped br 2-3 tbsp curd br 12 cup grated ash gourd br Juice of half a lime br 12 cup spinach chopped br 1 garlic, grated br Few curry leaves br Salt to taste br br Method br br - Heat a Tsp of Ghee, add some Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, half a cup of Semolina and roast it for two minutes, once its color changes add half a cup of Powdered Oats and roast it for a minute. Remove it in a bowl br -Add two tbsp of Gram flour, dry spices (¼ tsp of red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder each) two green chillies finely chopped, one clove of garlic grated, salt to taste, mix these ingredients and add vegetables. br -Add ¼ cup of grated carrots, half a cup of finely chopped spinach, half a cup of grated bottle gourd. br -Add ¼ cup of Yogurt, juice of half a lime, mix these ingredients together and add water as per the requirement to make the batter br -On a pan brush little ghee, Take a little batter and spread on to the pan and cook this on a low flame till the lower side turns golden brown. br -Apply little ghee on to the top and flip it. let it cook. br br Delicious and Healthy Oats Chila is ready to serve.
