Chicken Nuggets br Recipe In English: br Ingredients: br br Bread Slices 3 br Milk ½ Cup br Chicken Cubes 500 Gms br Salt 1 Tsp br Black Pepper ½ Tsp br Paprika ½ Tsp br Soy Sauce 1 Tsp br Garlic Powder ½ Tsp br Dried Parsley ½ Tsp br Egg 1 br Bread Crumbs 1 Cup br Salt ¼ Tsp br Black Pepper 1 Pinch br Dried Parsley ½ Tsp br Flour ½ Cup br Chicken Powder ½ Tsp br Corn flour 1 Tbs br Egg 1 br Oil For Frying br br Directions: br 1. In bowl, add shredded bread slices and milk, soak bread in milk and set aside br 2. In food chopper, add chicken and chop it for 1-2 mins br 3. Add soaked bread, chop little more br 4. Add garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper powder, soy sauce, dried parsley, egg and chop it for 1-2 minutes. br 5. Take out the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes br Coating: br 6. Take a bowl add flour, corn flour, chicken powder, mix and set aside br 7. In another bowl, take breadcrumbs ,add black pepper, salt, dried parsley, mix and set aside br 8. In a separate bowl, Take 1 egg and whisk it and set aside. br 9. Grease your hands with oil properly, take chicken mixture (as per desired size) and shape it. br 10. Coat in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs. br 11. Prepare all nuggets and refrigerate for 30 minutes. br 12. At this stage, you can freeze nuggets for up to 30 days. Whenever you need to fry them take them out, thaw for 10 mins br 13.
