Peru is hosting the Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation forum or APEC and will be receiving politicians and entrepreneurs from around the world. The conference started with a presentation by PwC, one the largest business service providers in the world, about what CEO's are looking for in order to invest in a country. They argued that one of the obstacles for Peru is its high labor cost. Our correspondent Rael Mora with the details.
