White Rock By Rick Wakeman - Performed by Chris Huebner

A long time ago I first heard this piece and from that point on pretty much worshiped Rick wakeman. I wore that old vinyl album out from playing it so much. I've wanted to play this piece for years and finally did it.I love playing synths as synths - electronic waveforms. I do like emulating instruments too, but just playing with a Moog sound is where my true heart is.It took a long time to figure this one out. Frankly, parts of it aren't exact - I couldn't pick out all the notes, so in a few places I did my best approximation. It's not perfect, but it's pretty much as close as I can get it and I needed to finish this project and move on. So here it is. br br Oh - and Mr. Wakeman - I apologize for all those nasty things I said about you and those nasty names I called you while I was learning this. You sir are a GOD! To play so fast, so intricate, so smooth... just crazy. No way can you just be a regular human. br br The video in the background is titled "Mammoth run with inserts 2011" by Christian Williams on Vimeo.
