The Syrian Army continued an intensive bombardment of rebel-held eastern Aleppo on Sunday, reportedly taking control of the Tel az Zuhar area.
Brigadier general, Muhammad Neyuf said the army had given “the terrorists many opportunities to leave the eastern parts of the city during the announced ceasefire” and now planned to “force” the many that stayed to leave with the “power of arms” adding “the operation of forceful displacement of terrorists from eastern parts has started."
