Tomato Ketchup is a quick and easy to make sauce recipe prepared from tomato pulp and aromatic spices. br br Ingredients: br br 12 kg Tomato br 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder br 3 tbsp Sugar br 1 inch Cinnamon br 3-4 Cloves br 8-10 Black Pepper br 2 Masala Cardamom br 1 Green Chilli br 7-8 Garlic br 1 tsp Cumin Seeds br 1 tsp Vinegar br Salt br Water br br Method: br br - Grind the tomatoes in a mixer blender. Pass the tomato pulp through a sieve and keep it aside. br - Heat a sauce pan. Add the tomato pulp, red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Mix everything well. br - Take a muslin cloth. Add cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, masala cardamom, green chilli, garlic and cumin seeds. Tie the knot and add this to the tomato pulp. br - Add little water and vinegar. Let everything come to a boil. br - Once the sauce thickens switch off the flame. Remove the spices tied in muslin cloth. br - You can store this tomato sauce in a refrigerator for couple of months.
