Carolina Panthers left tackle Michael Oher is out of the concussion protocol and already preparing for the 2017 season, according to a league source. “I think he’ll play again,” starting right guard Trai Turner said after Thursday’s practice. “He never said or gave me an indication that he wouldn’t.” In June, Oher, 30, signed a three-year, $21.6 million extension with Carolina that runs through the 2019 season.
