Anil Kapoor and Gulshan Grover addressed the media on the benifits of yoga at Bikram Yoga College Press Confrence. Anil Kapoor, who was last seen in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol,has recently started practicing Bikram hot yoga and said that he would also encourage his friends to experience it. Anil's daughter Sonam Kapoor too is a practitioner of Bikram Yoga.
