Try this recipe out and do post your comments. br br Ingredients: br br 300g paneer br 2 onions puréed br 1 12 tbsp ghee br 2-3 dried red chillies br 112tsp ginger garlic paste br 1 tsp turmeric br 1 tsp chilli powder br 1 tsp cumin powder br 1 tsp coriander powder br 2-3 tomatoes puréed br 3 green cardamom pods br 1 bay leaf br 50 g sticks butter br 2 tsp dried fenugreek br 1 cup water br 2-3 green chillies (optional) br 2 tbsp cream br Salt to taste br br Method: br br - Heat ghee in a pan, add red chillies, dry masala and bay leaf. br - Add pureed onions and mix it well. br - Add ginger garlic paste, butter and tomato puree. Cook it well. br - Add turmeric powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. br - Give it a mix and cook the spices well. br - Add water and cook it well. br - Add slit green chillies, coriander stem and fenugreek leaves. br - Add pieces of panner and mix it well. br - Remove the bay leaf. br - Add fresh cream and give it a mix.
