Muli Paratha is a best alternative of plain chapati or roti. br br Ingredients br br 2 to 3 Grated Raddish (Muli) br 2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies br 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds br 12 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder br 1 Tsp Carom Seeds br Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves br Wheat Flour br Water br Salt To Taste br br Method br br -Take 2 to 3 grated Raddish and add salt to taste and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. br -Now squeeze the grated raddish with your palms and remove the excess water br -Add 2 finely chopped Greenn chillies, 1 Tsp Coriander seeds powder, 12 Tsp Cumin seeds powder, 1 Tsp Carom seeds, finely chopped Coriander leaves and mix it well. br -Now stuff this mixture in a Chapati dough and roll it gently. br -Heat a pan and roast the Paratha and add ghee.
