The Ultimate Ferrero Rocher Cake/ كيكة الفريرو روشي الراقية واللذيذة / Recipe#181

I made this cake for my husband\'s birthday! He asked me to make him a chocolate cake so I decided to make him Ferrero Rocher cake. I can\'t describe you how delicious this cake is! Very soft, chocolatey and not too sweet. It is just right. You will be addicted to its taste and want to eat it everyday for your rest of your life ! :)) br br How to prepare hazelnut flour: br -Roast about a cup of hazelnuts at 350 F for about 5-10 minutes then rub them with a towel paper to remove the skin as much as you can. br -Grind about 12 cup into fine flour. br Sponge cake: br Dry ingredients: br 34 cup flour br 14 cup cocoa powder br 12 cup hazelnuts flour br 1 tsp baking powder br Mix all the ingredients and set aside. br Wet ingredients : br 5 eggs br 1 cup sugar br 1 tsp vanilla br -With hand or stand mixer, mix the wet ingredients well until white and fluffy. Mix for about 5-8 minutes. br -Sift dry ingredients in and fold in gently as much as you can, so you don\'t deflate the volume of the sponge batter. br -Line up two baking pans (8 inch) with parchment paper and brush with oil. br -Divide the batter into the baking pans. br -Bake at preheated oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes or until the skewer come clean when it is inserted. br -Flip the pans on a wire wrack sheet to prevent the cake from sinking. br -When they cool completely, cut the cake into two equal halves. br How to make nutella buttercream: br 12 cup nutella br 14 cup melted dark chocolate br 3 sticks butter br 2 cups powdered sugar br Steps: br 1-Mix butter with a hand or stand mixer for a few minutes until it is fluffy. br 2-Add powder sugar and continue mixing for a few minutes until the butter mixer gets white and fluffy. br 3-Add chocolate and nutella and mix well so everything is combined well. br How to make whipped cream: br 1 cup whipping cream br 1 Tbsp sugar br 12 tsp vanilla (optional) br Mix everything with hand mixer or stand mixer until double in size and thick. br How to make ganache br 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips br -In a small pot heat whipping cream over low heat until it is very hot but not boiling then add the chocolate chips and mix until all the chocolate is dissolved. Keep aside for a little while just to cool down a bit and gets thick just a bit. br How to make chocolate decorated pieces br -In a small pot simmer some water. br -Put a small dish on top of the pot that has chocolate chips. br -Wait until the chocolate is completely melted. br -Distribute the melted chocolate into thin layer over a sheet that lined up with parchment paper. br -Distribute some chopped hazelnuts if you like. br -Wait until the chocolate is hardened again. Or you can put the sheet in the freezer for a few minutes until it is harden. br -When it is harden break into pieces with different shapes. br How to make a simple syrup : br 1 cup of sugar br 1 cup of water br a few drops of lemon juice br -Boil all the ingredients for a few minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved then let cool completely. br Ferreo Rochers Chocolate br How to assemble the cake : br 1-On a serving plate or board put the first layer of the cake. br 2-Put a few pieces of parchment papers around and under the first layer of the cake so you keep the serving plate clean. Remove them after you finish frosting. br 3-Sprinkle or brush the cake with the syrup. br 4-Distribute about 12 cup to 34 cup of nutella buttercream. br 5-Distribute about 12 cup to 34 cup whipped cream over nutella buttercream. br 6-Add a little bit of ganache over the whipped cream layer. br 7-Add another layer of the cake. br 8-Repeat the process with other layers except in the middle, add a few broken pieces of the ferrero rocher chocolate. br 9-Cover the whole cake with remaining butter cream. br 10-Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes. br 11-Pour ganache over the cake and make sure to make dripping on the sides of the cake. br 12-Decorate as you like. I chose to put a few halves of ferrero rocher chocolate around the cake from the lower bottom and stick the decorative chocolate pieces on the top and half of the cake then I put a few ferrero rocher chocolate in the middle. br 13-Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. br Enjoy :) br How to make simple syrup : br Facebook:- br youtube:- br Instagram:- br twitter:- br tumblr:- br Google :- br Music: br Love.
