Cuba is willing to hold "respectful dialogue" with Donald Trump, President Raul Castro says addressing a summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), and following warnings that the new US leader may halt the two countries' diplomatic rapprochement while Bolivian president Evo Morales called Trump's policies and Brexit "gravediggers" for the free market.
