Sacramento Kings forward Matt Barnes Barnes is to be charged with misdemeanor assault stemming from an incident that took place in the Chelsea section of NYC on Dec. 5. DeMarcus Cousins, another Kings player, was also involved in the incident but is not going to be charged.
