It looks like you have a lot of work to do, so lets get started. Decide which dress will you design first, Annas or Elsas. Then you need to take measurements and cut the fabric, then sew the dress. But a dress is not enough, if the minions want to look like Anna or Elsa, you need to create a matching hairstyle as well. There are a few more details you could add, such as different Frozen themed accessories. The Minion Elsa could hold a snowflake in her hand and have Olaf by her side.
