Try Palak Dal our Chef's style and do post your comments. br br Ingredients br 1 piece cinnamon br 2 bay leafs br 1 tbsp cumin seeds br 2 chopped green chillies br Chopped onions br 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste br 3 chopped tomatoes br Salt br 12 tbsp red chilli powder br 34 tbsp turmeric powder br 1 cup chopped spinach br 12 cup chana dal (Split bengal gram) br 2 cup of water br 1 tbsp coriander powder br 1 tbsp garam masala powder br br Method br In a cooker add some oil, 1 piece cinnamon, 2 bay leafs, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 chopped green chillies, chopped onions and cook till the onions turn soft. br br Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 3 chopped tomatoes, Salt, 12 tbsp red chilli powder, 34 tbsp turmeric powder, mix it well and allow it cook on high flame. br br Add 1 cup chopped spinach stir well and cook for some time. br br Add 12 cup chana dal, mix it well, add 2 cup of water, put the lid and cook for 2-3 whistles. br br Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp garam masala powder, slow down the flame and cook for around 5 mins.
