JIN SHIN JYUTSU – GET RID OF BODY PAIN WITH FINGER PRESSING br br Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient healing method, brought to us by the Japanese, which helps balance the organs and emotions, thanks to the stimulation points on the hands. The basics of this teaching are based on the following principle – every finger is associated with an organ that corresponds to certain emotions. br br If you need to influence a particular organ, hold a finger with the fingers of your other hand and gently press it for 3 to 5 minutes. During this time, stay calm and breathe deeply, so that your body relaxes.
