For driving car in traffic, you need only confidence. I know, you know car driving but you do not go to traffic because you fear that there will be some mis-happening. Leave this fake trust. Just try to practice the car with very small speed of 8 or 10 kms per hr. Try also to drive at slow gear because it is easy to stop car by foot on clutch without stopping engine. Try to evaluate the condition. You need to practice of better steering, better reverse and better overtaking.
