I used whisk for easy mixing. br Mix until smooth. The flame should always br be medium. br br 4- Mix and keep oil and ghee ready. Start br adding ghee slowly and add continuously br like 2-3 tblsp at a time. Keep stirring br until the ghee mixes and then add the next br batch of ghee and repeat until you finish br the ghee. br br 5- At one stage, the the colour changes to br pale and frothy here and there, so be br alert at this time and lastly the whole br mixture starts frothy as shown in the br picture. Also there will be a pleasant br cooked besan smell along with ghee smell. br br 6- Pour it to the greased tray and level it br with a spatula. Sprinkle sugar if br desired. Wait until warm and cut into br desired shape. Let it cool down br completely before transferring to the br container. br br 7- Prepare the sauce for this purpose add br youghurt, salt, parsley, Dill, lemon br juice, Garlic paste and mix well. sauce br is ready. br br 8- Serve the snakes with sauce.
