It is based on the 2010 novel of same name by Lauren Oliver. The film stars Zoey Deutch, Halston Sage, Logan Miller, Kian Lawley, Jennifer Beals, Diego Boneta, and Elena Kampouris. Principal photography took place in Squamish and Vancouver, from November 16 to December 19, 2015. br br The film will have its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 21, 2017. The film is scheduled to be released on March 3, 2017, by Open Road Films. br br Plot:- The novel begins when the protagonist, 17-year-old Samantha "Sam" Kingston, is killed in a car accident in her hometown of Ridgeview. She vividly describes her horrifying and painful death, and what flashes through her mind in those final seconds. However, she wakes up the following morning in bed, heart pounding and bathed in sweat, with the memory of her demise still fresh in her mind.
