Stir constantly to prevent burning. br br 2- Let roasted peanut cool for 3-4 minutes. Remove its skin while they are little warm and break them into halves. br br 3- Grease surface of counter top or reverse side of big plate and a rolling pin (belan) with ghee. br br 4- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan over low flame. Add jaggery and stir continuously on low to medium flame. br br 5- When jaggery dissolves, Stir and cook forapprox. 4-5 minutes on low flame. br br 6- Turn off flame and peanut and peanut halves. Mix untill all peanuts halves are coated with dissolved jaggery. br br 7- Pour mixture overpreviously greased surface. br br 8- Quickly roll the mixture flat using rolling pin. Keeps its thickness around 13- inch. br br 9- Make approx. 2 inch apart parrallel horizontal and vertical cuts with knife while spread is still hot. br br 10- When Cooled, break it into pieces and store in airtight container and enjoy it whenever you like.
