Damascus, the capital of Syria, On Wednesday, two suicide bombings killed 31 people and wounded 45 others. The bombings struck a courthouse and a restaurant. Most of the victims were civilians and people crowded around the courthouse. The cause of the attacks came from retaliation against Syria's military and peace talks in Swtizerland and Kazakhstan.
