Make this summer special recipe at your home and let us know how it turned out in the comments section below. br br br Ingredients:- br 1 cup of lukewarm milk br ¾th tsp of curd br 1 ½cup curd br ¼ tsp of saffron soaked in 1 ½ tbsp of water for 15-20 minutes br 3 tbsp of sugar br ¼ tsp cardamom powder br 4 cubes of ice br To garnish, almond & pistachio flakes br br Method:- br br The curd:- br Take curd and beat it lightly and add it to the warm milk. Mix and break lumps if any. Keep aside for 4-5 hours and then refrigerate. br br The lassi:- br In a blender add the curd, soaked saffron, sugar, cardamom powder and blend it all together. Now add ice and blend again. br br Delicious Kesar Lassi is ready to serve! Garnish with almond and pistachio flakes.
