Bulandshahr rape case : SC lifts stay on CBI probe | Oneindia News

The Supreme court of Thursday lifted its stay over the CBI probe into the Bulandshahr gangrape case. Earlier the apex court in August stayed the CBI probe until the issue of transfer of case was resolved. The victim has demanded the transfer of case out of the state.
