Owais Geelani, a sub-inspector with Jammu and Kashmir Police, married Faiza Geelani, a resident of Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, at a function in Srinagar where only the groom's close relatives and friends were in attendance due to the ongoing unrest.
