Union Tourism minister Mahesh Sharma has advised tourists coming to India to avoid wearing short skirts. This is one of the advice in the list of dos and don'ts handed to tourists on their arrival in India. He was responding to questions on the safety of tourists in Agra. The Culture minister suggested foreigners to visit temple towns of Mathura and Vrindavan keeping Indian culture and the sensitivity of the place in mind.
