Police have arrested the man who abducted a woman and tried to rape her. This incident was captured on CCTV. It was reported that the girl was abducted infront of her hostel. Based on CCTV footage and the information provided by locals, who had seen him in the area, the police arrested the 24 yr old culprit Akshay.
