He says more than 20,000 civilians have fled to the camps from across the northern part of the province since the fourth phase of the Raqqa offensivea – north of the city – launched on April 13.ppThe woman says that they arrived from Kabash town. She describes the situation in her town as very bad, with many people killed in the airstrikes.
