Don’t bite the hand that feeds you Khloé!br br The Kardashian was served a lawsuit by Xposure Photos, a paparazzi photo agency.br br According to court documents, Xposure Photos alleges that the 32-year-old reality star illegally posted their photo on Instagram without crediting them and removed the copyright information altogether. br br The company is demanding $150,000 from Khloé based on typical earnings from Instagram posts.br br The pic in question was taken when the reality star was at the Miami restaurant Komodo in back in September 2016. The photo set was originally purchased by another outlet but Xposure claims they would have profited from the photos if Khloé hadn’t shared them online.br br Khloé is an avid Instagrammer, and sometimes includes sponsored posts.
