pAirstrikes hit a medical facility near Maarzitaa town in southern Idlib province on April 27, killing and injuring several people and leaving the facility out of service.ppAccording to the local Syrian Civil Defensea, some of its volunteers were responding to the scene after a strike when another one hit the location. A large fire broke out at the scene, which was described as resulting from a fuel tanker having been hit.ppEarlier on the same day, a number of airstrikes hit a hospital in the same regiona, killing at least three people and leaving the hospital out of service.ppThis video was shared by a Syrian media activist, Haddi al-Abdallah.
