Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, vice president Rahul Gandhi and other party leaders on Tuesday marched from Parliament House to Rashtrapati Bhavan and asked President Pranab Mukherjee to invoke his constitutional powers to stem the atmosphere of intolerance across the country.
