Former Vice President Joe Biden made it clear that he does not plan to run for the Democratic nomination for president in 2020 during a visit to New Hampshire. "When I got asked to speak, I knew it was going to cause speculation. Guys, I'm not running," Biden said during his speech. The audience booed as someone shouted, "Run, Joe run." Biden then told the crowd he is starting to campaign to help Democrats gain more power in every level of government.
