Make Jal Jeera at your home and share your experience with us in the comments section below. br br br Ingredients:- br 2 tbsp of roasted cumin seeds br 1 12 tbsp black salt br 1 cup fresh mint leaves br 12 a cup of coriander leaves br Juice of 1 lemon br 12 a cup of water br Cold water br Boondi to garnish br br Method:- br Pound the cumin seeds and black salt in a mortel and pestel and make a powder. br In a mixergrinder add mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin & black salt powder, lemon juice, water and grind it all well to form a paste. br br Serving:- br In a jar add the green paste and cold water. Stir properly and adjust salt and lemon juice as per taste. br Serve chilled in a glass garnished with boondi.
