Olympian Katie Uhlaender is not your usual competitor. Uhlaender is a weight-lifter AND a skeleton racer and has competed in the Sochi Winter Olympics. The athlete has a very unique way on investing her money, and this was set up for her by her father, Ted Uhlaender. Katie owns eleven cows and runs a farm, her products are sold to many food retailers including Whole Foods. Uhlaender never thought this would be apart of her lifestyle, but has made it work in her favor.
