This is part 4. Check Part 1 - 3 br As part of my son's homeschooling activity, he requested to experience, first hand, how early Filipinos lived - particularly my tribe, the Igorots. So he tried pounding rice, cutting bamboos using bolo and cooking rice in a bamboo instead of a pot. br br Part 1 is mostly about threshing out the grains from the rice stalk. The second part involves pounding it further to remove the chaff or rice hull. br br The third part - what is interesting here is using winnower to remove the chaff. br br The fourth and final part is where the most interesting part is.
