Make this tasty, quick and easy to make Parsi Recipe, part of Parsi Bhonu, and share your experience with us in the comments section below. br Ingredients:- br 500 gm minced chicken br 300gm potatoes boiled br 2 onions br 4 green chillies finely chopped br ½ cup coriander leaves finely chopped br ¼ cup mint leaves finely chopped br 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste each br 1 tsp turmeric powder br 1 tbsp coriander powder br 1 tsp cumin powder br 1 tbsp chilli powder br Salt to taste br Oil for frying br 1 tsp garam masala br 1 egg br Breadcrumbs br Oil for frying br br Method:- br 1. Massage the mince for a minute or two and then add all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs, oil and the egg and knead it well. br 2. Mix and shape into cutlets and cover with bread crumbs. br 3. Refrigerate for half an hour. br 4. Beat the egg. br 5. Dip each cutlet in egg and shallow fry them.
