Ghee br 1-2 Bay leaves br 1 tsp. Cumin Seeds br 1 tbsp. Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli crushed br 1 cup boiled Onion paste br 1 tbsp. Roasted Gram Flour br 1 cup boiled Cashew nut Paste br 2 cup Water br 1 tbsp. Garam Masala Powder br 1 tsp. Sugar br 1 cup Fresh cream br Salt as required br br Method:- br - Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, ginger-garli-green chilli crush and stir for 30-40 seconds. br - Add boiled onion paste, roasted gram flour and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. br - Add boiled cashew nut paste and cook for a minute on medium flame. br - Then add water and mix using a whisk followed by garam masala powder, sugar, boiled green peas and simmer on low flame for 30-40 seconds. br - Now add the fenugreek and salt. br - Mix well and add fresh cream.
