The Cambodia National Rescue Party held a rally in Phnom Penh on June 2, two days ahead of the 2017 Cambodia Commune Election on June 4.

According to live reports from The Cambodia Daily, party President Kem Sokha addressed thousands of supporters near the Sokha Hotel before the rally crowd began marching through Phnom Penh.

Earlier that day, Cambodian People’s Party supporters joined Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen for a final rally through the streets of Phnom Penh, according to The Phnom Penh Post. On June 1, local newspapers reported that the party was told it would not be allowed to hold its rally because it could threaten the safety of Hun Sen, but it was held anyway.

In this video, party members and supporters ride scooters, drive and walk through the streets of Phnom Penh.
