CCTV footage released by police on Sunday showed the Resorts World Manila attacker moving through the building starting fires, setting gambling tables alight and stealing gambling chips on Friday. br Philippine national Jessie Carlos Javier, 42, was a former employee of the Department of Finance, a gambling addict and in debt. He had been banned from entering casinos following a request made by his wife.
