Rajya Sabha member Palavi Govardhan Reddy passed away this morning. He belongs to Mahabubnagar district and is presently in the Kulumani Nagar in Shimla as part of the Rajya Sabha Standing Committee meeting.Earlier this morning, he was diagnosed with a heart attack.
