Police can't rule out 'terrorism' after truck hits police officers

Two bicycle patrol officers and a public employee were injured when a speeding white truck ran them over in Washington D.C. The driver and a passenger of the vehicle were arrested, and police stated that terrorism could not be ruled out as a motive. Two of the victims are in a stable condition, while the injuries of the third are critical.
