On-The-Go Pancake Muffins

INGREDIENTS br 2 cups flour br 2 teaspoons baking powder br ¼ teaspoon salt br 2 eggs br 1½ cups milk br 2 tablespoons maple syrup br 2 tablespoons melted butter br 2 tablespoons chocolate chips br 12 raspberries br ¼ cup blueberries br ½ banana, sliced br br PREPARATION br 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF190ºC. br 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. br 3. Add in eggs, milk, butter, and maple syrup. Whisk until all ingredients are incorporated. br 4. Evenly distribute the batter in a 12-cup nonstick muffin tin. Top with fruit and chocolate chips. br 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. br 6.
