Mace br ¼ tsp. Nutmeg br 3 Black Cardamoms br 5-6 Green Cardamoms br 1 tsp. Poppy Seeds br Fenugreek Seeds br ½ tbsp. Black Peppercorns br 1 tbsp. Coriander Seeds br 1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds br 6-7 Cloves br br For Marination:- br 250 gms. Boneless Chicken Thighs br Tikka Masala Spice Mix br 2 tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste br Juice of 1 lemon br 1 tbsp. Salt br Dried Fenugreek leaves br br For Gravy:- br 2 tbsp. Ghee br 1-2 onion, coarsely ground br 2 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste br 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder br 1 tsp. Cumin Powder br 1 tsp. Coriander Powder br 1 tsp. Salt br Water br 2 tbsp. Tomato Puree br 1-2 tsp. Sugar br 1 tbsp. Dried Fenugreek leaves br Cream br 1 tbsp. Garam Masala br br br Method:- br - Marinate the chicken with the whole spice mix and the rest of the ingredients mentioned and leave atleast for 1 hour in the refrigerator. br - Spread the chicken pieces on aluminium foil with dollops of ghee. br - Preheat the oven and grill the chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping midway. br - In a pan add ghee, onion, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt , tikka masala spice mix, tomato puree, water, sugar, dried fenugreek leaves and cook until the ghee separates from the paste. br - Take the chicken out of the oven and add it to the gravy. br - Add water and stir. br - Then add the cream, garam masala and stir well. br - Turn the flame of and add fenugreek leaves and coriander.
