There would be a nation wide protest by central government employees starting from the July 1 against the HRA recommendations made as per the 7th pay commission The demand of the employees to restore HRA to 30, 20 and 10 was denied .Date of effect for allowances is fixed as July 1 , 2017 denying 18 months arrears.
