• Here I am showing the back of the ear and the area that we work on to allow the ear to come closer to the head
• Shaving or removal of the concha or base of the ear by the Ear Canal is the more technical term of what we are doing here
• Next we are showing the markings that will allow us to make the ears smaller
• We will also be reducing the size of the earlobe to help in the total ear reduction for Macrotia or Large Ears
• For further shaping we will remove a crescent at the top of the ear to help shape and make the ear smaller as well.
