Make this Authentic Indian Mushroom Curry Recipe at your home and share your experience with us in the comments section below. br br Ingredients:- br 2 onions br 12" ginger br 1 tsp garlic chopped br 2 small tomatoes br 250g mushrooms br 4 tbsp yoghurt br 3 tbsp ghee br 12 tsp cumin br 1 bay leaf br 2 green cardamom br 1 black cardamom br 3 cloves br 14 tsp turmeric br 12 tsp chilli powder br 1 tsp coriander powder br 14 tsp garam masala br 14 tsp kasuri methi br Water as required br Salt to taste br br br Method:- br - Grind the onions, ginger and garlic together to a paste. br - In a kadhai, heat ghee and add bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds and ground paste. br - After the ghee separates slightly, add tomato puree and cook again till ghee separates. br - Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and water. br - Now add the mushrooms and mix well. br - Simmer by covering the lid on low flame. br - After the mushrooms have released some fluid add yoghurt, dry fenugreek and stir. br - Cover again with a lid and cook. br - Turn the flame off and sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
