Delhi NCR woke up to heavy rains which brought much-needed respite from summer heat but led to crippling commuting problems. Waterlogging was reported in several areas of Delhi-NCR, including South Extension, Moolchand Underpass,, IP Extension and Noida Sectors 12, 16, 18 and 52. This first rain in Delhi NCR has seen the government's negligence. Today we go out on the roads and asked to the public about their problems, watch this video.
