Chen and Cao and the Arbor View staff are all very pleasant, professional and accommodating.  They pay special attention to the patient's comfort throughout the visit, explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have.  The massage chairs and the movie selection is an added plus and makes the appointment time go by fast!  I especially appreciate the fact that they stay on schedule and to date I have been seated promptly at my appointment time on every visit.
