Vikas Barala, the son of Haryana BJP chief Shubhash Barala who was arrested for stalking and attempting to kidnap Varnika Kundu, is in deep trouble. A cctv grab of barala and his friend buying liquor before the incident has come to light. Ealier a cctv footage was issued by the Chandigarh police in which it was seen that Barala along with one of his friend was stalking Varnika Kundu.
